Cable Street

On Sunday 4 October 2026, the 90th anniversary of the Battle of Cable Street, a march and rally in east London will mark the day when 250,000 antifascists blocked the way to Oswald Mosley's Black Shirts. The Cable Street 90 Organising Committee have issued the following statement about the event.
